KIRUNDA Twaibu alias Mafabi is a junior officer at Uganda police at the rank of Constable, in the Uganda Police Force (UPF), who was appointed Probation police constable of the 21st Intake of Uganda Police Force.

Between September 2021 and December 2021, he served in mbarara his first deployment right from training school to field force unit field force unit "to monitor peaceful elections process, the fearless patrols, security for ballot boxes,integration of the armed personnel at the base". He once said i am who i am because am a perfectionist, Honest, True and so I play my part then The Almighty Allah extends it."

Being the eldest son from a family of six children ..making 5 boys namely Kirunda Twaibu.Nyende Arman.Kakaire Rahim.Nyende Asuman Kirunda Azeez and 1girl Masibo Aisha who was named before their grandmother..All this of a monogamous family of Mr Ikooli Musa a Musoga from the Noble Clan of baisemenha royal clan of Busoga and Wife Kasifah Gonza from notable clan of Baloki of Bagwere.
Kirunda started school in 1999 at Brain trust international school from baby class to top class. Then joined Nauyo primary school 2002 from primary two(2) and due to financial problems, it was found hard to study from town schools and dropped out at Primary Six(6).later on in 2008,when Mrs Mwinike Jane wife of Taliwaku Yokosani kirunda's grandparents got concerned as the first grandson stops school. They contacted his parents and asked them to send Kirunda in Budaka district where they stayed and promised to help him finish school.kirunda left for the village and finished primary seven(7) unfortunately mwinike Jane died after he had completed PLE UNEB.He then could not stay with the grandfather he again went back to town and eventually got admitted at Nkoma secondary school mbale where he started class 1 up to class 6 this was able since it was purely and fully Government aided school.only functional fees and development fund was to be paid. After finishing Senior six (6) UNEB and scored well for University miraculously he had no source of fund but strived for hand to mouth in this he applied and started to work with Airtel Telecommunications Uganda.after which He started deejaying from time to time and won Eastern club scratch competitions twice in 2012 and debut in 2016.as a hobby,kirunda also practiced Karate and Tae-kwondo arts of self-defense and is a blue belt holder.in a long struggle he tirelessly strived and one friend babalanda ian called him for a job interview in graphics and general computer maintainace after they had met several times at faculty of science where kirunda tried to apply for academics but had failed due to financial inability and resorted to DJ thing..this one friend called him and interviewed him on his new job.marshed the interview and was appointed as technical assistant at Digital World of Computers,Sounds and Graphics in mbale Uganda along Republic street opposite cafe Arabica.here he worked for about 3years from 2016-2018. And made more friends who inspired him to go back to school.some where officers of the force like D/C Ssempijja Emmauel, D/C Mushabe Hajarah, Sgt Otim Geoffrey others where Obs and Ogs from school like Kampanya Ahmed, Kadama Sanoni while others where officers from judiciary like Mr.butita, state Kunya and many more.He then went back after a long break off ,applied and was admitted for Dlaw at Islamic University In Uganda where he graduated in the disciplines of Cisco networking and Class II DLAW from IUIU School of Law.
